This is a club for 4 types of people 1.) Those who draw gymnastics, write about gymnastics, or take pictures of gymnastics. 2.) People who like looking at gymnastics art 3.) Gymnastics fans in general, and 4.) all of the above. If you fall into any of those categories this group is for you!
Anyone is free to join, just bring a love for gymnastics. You don't have to have any photos to submit or anything. This group is meant to make it easier for Gymnastics artists to show their work and make it easier for fans to find the art. So come one, come all, whether you have art or not!
Every four years, gymnastics becomes very popular among the general public only to sink back into obscurity for the next four. It's too bad more people don't realize there's plenty of gymnastics going on between Olympic years.
Once again the college gymnastics season has started in the United States. It's an exciting time and hopefully you can see a meet if you have a college team nearby.
However also a danger is the constant threat of teams being cut. Right now CAL is facing a cut to both of their gymnastics teams. Cal State Fullerton has been saved for now, but the struggle goes on. MIT lost both their teams, and before that URI, and JMU. These teams need our support.
